It brings together file storage and sharing, collaborative document editing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint via OnlyOffice), chat and video conferencing (Nextcloud Talk), a shared calendar (CalDAV), project management (Deck), and forms—all within a single interface. The entire platform is hosted exclusively in France and is ISO 27001 and HDS certified. Leviia is a Nextcloud Platinum Partner and actively contributes to the Nextcloud codebase.

Leviia Next covers the key features of Microsoft 365 within a sovereign environment: file storage (equivalent to OneDrive), collaborative editing (equivalent to Office Online via OnlyOffice, compatible with .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx formats), instant messaging and video conferencing (equivalent to Teams via Nextcloud Talk), shared calendar (equivalent to Outlook Calendar), and task management (equivalent to Planner via Deck). The main difference: Leviia Next is 100% open source, hosted in France, completely independent of GAFAM, and not subject to the Cloud Act.

Yes. Leviia Next works on all devices and operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. You can access it via a web browser, a desktop app (Nextcloud client), or a mobile app. Files are automatically synced across all devices, and there’s an offline mode for working without an internet connection. Files, calendars, and contacts are synced using the standard WebDAV and CalDAV protocols.

Yes. The Leviia infrastructure is designed for very large-scale deployments. The Île-de-France Region has deployed Leviia Next for its users, and Opco Santé is among its business clients. Leviia brings all users together on a single private instance and guarantees stable performance even at large scale, with storage capacities of up to several hundred terabytes. The configuration is fully customizable: SSO, data transfer rates, servers, backups, and functional restrictions can all be tailored to specific needs.

Leviia Next includes HTTPS encryption in transit and server-side encryption, strong authentication with 2FA, built-in antivirus protection, an anti-DDoS system, anti-ransomware protection, and data isolation between users. Backups are automatic and geographically distributed across three remote data centers in France. The trash bin is accessible for 30 days. The entire system is ISO 27001 and HDS certified.

Yes. Leviia Next integrates Nextcloud Talk for instant messaging and video conferencing. Features include private and group chats, audio and video calls, screen sharing, file sharing within conversations, and polls. Calls use the WebRTC protocol without requiring the installation of any external applications, with end-to-end encryption. Recording meetings requires the explicit consent of participants.
